  1. Processing Time: Orders for Midwest Miracle Drops, Midwest Miracle Kit, and SlimStart CoachPro are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. For all other items, processing usually takes 2 to 5 business days. This processing time excludes weekends and holidays.

  2. Free Standard Shipping on orders $150 or more. This applies to domestic orders within the United States.

  3. Expedited Shipping: If you need faster delivery, we also provide expedited shipping options. The shipping rates for expedited shipping are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. During the checkout process, you will receive the total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

  4. Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping generally takes between 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders. Expedited shipping will have a shorter delivery time.

  5. Order Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?

All of our order's are shipped based on what customer provide when placing order onto our website. If incorrect address is submitted from customer, we are not responsible for undelivered packages. Please make sure your shipping address is the correct address. If USPS deliver's to the wrong address, please note that this is out of our control and that you must contact USPS. 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
